MAQ 2011 Raffle Quilt

This year, Kim Jalette and Linda August, our lottery block co-chairs, selected the split 9-patch as the lottery block for MAQ. They were so excited about the design possibilities of the block, they combined their love of black and white prints with the current board's selected color of aqua/teal representing the fight against ovarian cancer to create this fabulous quilt. Kim and Linda designed and pieced the quilt and Betty Isemann did the quilting. They will be selling tickets from now through MAQ weekend for $5 a ticket or 3 for $10. The quilt is approximately 72" x 72". As all labor and materials were donated by Kim, Linda and Betty, 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the tickets will go to the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance.

The winner will be announced at the MAQ weekend Saturday night event. You need not be present to win.
